My knee crunches and pops constantly accompanied with intense pain that s woken me up out of a sleep almost urinating on myself. The crunching is coming from under my knee cap. I get up with weird bone disease that only affected you as a child. My spelling is horrible but I think it s oshgudslaughers, I spelled it how it sounds. I have also pull ligaments in both my knees and sometimes my one of my legs will get real tight and go up like a flamingos. Then I have to force it down and then there s a loud grinding pop sound accompanied with intense pain. To top it all off I ve been extremely stressed out, my wife of 7 years left me and we had 8 kids between us and she s not been the nicest person since. I had to become roommates with my twin brother then found out his HIV has went to AIDS and he has 3 years to leave. Then we find out his ex was using our rent money for drugs. So we moved in with our mother who s recovering from breast cancer and a double mastectomy. Not too mention my childhood......that s a whole other can of worms. Needless to say I m in an immense amount of pain daily and very stressed out and have what I believe anxiety attacks. I m so sorry for dropping all this not even sure what can be done but it felt nice even just typing some of that out.
