General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think it may be due to spinal canal problem. Neuropathic pain can lead to radiation and numbness. I suggest MRI whole spine scan is the best option to rule out spine problem. May i know your age/sex?

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hazan
