my right knee makes popping noises whenever i bend my knee ..earlier i went to a doc and he said there is nothing wrong with my knee but after 6 years now .. in winters my back hurts and sometime my hipbone ..i dont really understand what it is ?? i m just 20 i am really worried ..
Popping sound in the knee occurs due to displacement of synovial fluid and also due to cartilage damage.Kindly take calcium supplements and chondroprotective drugs to improve bone strength.
Take basic blood tests such as CBC and also ESR, serum uric acid and ra factor to rule out generalized arthritis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
