General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of popping in your head following a blurred vision with stiffness involving the neck arm and the leg I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a cerebrovascular accident (stroke) how is your blood pressure? Please check
In view of this please do a CT scan of the brain to confirm any evidence of brain infarction
Meanwhile see a neurologist for further clinical assessment and take some muscle relaxant drugs pending the result
I hope this helps
