What Causes Pins And Needles Sensations In The Right Testicle?

Hi, i have a question, i am getting pins and needles in my right testicle, whenever i bend down i get this sensation. There is no swelling and very minor pain, however on my left side of my scrotum i have a soft lump (doctor thinks this is not cancer as my testicles are in shape the lump is most likely a varicocele) i thought i would tell you about the lump because it may be the cause of the pins and needles, i dont know. What are the pins and needles in my right testicle?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pins and needle sensation can be due to irritation of compression of nerve supplying the testicle. Regarding the swelling in testicle, I suggest you to get an ultrasound done after consulting your surgeon.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
