What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation In Hands While Sleeping?
hi i get pins and needles in my hands, while sleeping , writting , use any things with my hands, it wakes me at night, very painfull. i have had it for years but latley its been unbearable. years ago a doctor told me to have physio, they rubbed under my arms so hard it brought me to tears i never went back.
