What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation After Bowel Movement?

Hi, I am a 25 year old woman. I have been constipated all my life but about a year ago, I started having pins and needles after every attempt/actual bowel movement. I also have this nagging ache in my left thigh that gets worse with my periods. Please help me understand what's going on. And what I need to do. Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the chronic constipation then try to relive this with the helps of fiber containing diet, plenty off drinking water, you can even try stool softener like Isabgol, now as long as the symptoms area concern it may not be due to constipation but it seems to be due to exerting the force for defecation so try to avoid this, some time it may be fibromyalgia hope this information helps.
