What Causes Pins And Needles In Hands And Legs During Urination?

Brand new, started today. When I try to urinate, my lower arms, legs, hands and feet have a pins and needles tingling. It goes away when I have finished, but do not eliminate much. Wondering if I have an infection, urinary, maybe. I have never had this before. Never had a bladder infection, but when I was 2 years old, I had a kidney infection. I am now 71. Have always had good health. I was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was 45. That was a long time ago. Thoughts please.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Tingling sensation in arms, legs, hands and feet is commonly seen in vitamin B 12 deficiency.
Association of tingling sensation with urination appears to be co-incidental.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment, complete hemogram with peripheral blood smear examination and determination of vitamin B 12 levels.
In case there is evidence of vitamin B 12 deficiency, supplements of vitamin B 12 will have to be taken.

Thanks and take care
