What Causes Pins And Needle Sensation In Hands And Feet?

Year lomg journey on testjng but the main issues that i am scared about and no one is lookong at biggwr picture; pins n needles in hands and feet accompanying numbness, brain mri showed half empty scella without contrast, bloodwork shows antigen hla b27, vit d defficiency, spinal supposed hemangioma but aggressive cancer in family, scoliosis, stenosis, bulging discs, and one herniated disk

The Brain MRI showed empty sella turcica (empty sella syndrome)?
You have a suspected hemangioma on the spine? What kind of cancer is in the family, and from which side (mom/dad?).
And the list of scoliosis, stenosis, etc., this is part of the family history or its your personal diagnosis?

HLA b27 is indicative of a diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondilitis.
