What Causes Pinning Sensation While Lying Down After Injury?

I fainted and hit my head pretty hard to where I even had a large bump, this happened over a month ago and the bump just went away, but sometimes if I lay down the room will start to spin, should I be worried that the room still spins so long after hitting my head?

hello.
if you has a fall on a hard surface then I would recommend you to get a Head CT done.
the reason of head spinning might be due to accumulation of blood I'm the protective layers of brain.
in case there is an accumulation then please consult a neurologist as a medicine needs to be started for decompression of that fluid.
thanks and take care
