hi, i m a 35 yo, Female, weight-177(after losing 120 lbs in the last 3 yrs) 5 4...recently i noticed that my bowel have a slight pinkish color and I am wondering what could cause this. I have been eating a lot of watermelon and wonder if that could be the culprit?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the consistency and appearance of stool or color of stool is due to diet taken, in absence of any clinical symptoms of disease it is nothing to worry, in your case it seems to be due to watermelon taken, if the symptoms persist and not happening even after not eaten the watermelon stool needs to be sent for laboratory testing, routine and microscopic hope this information helps.
