General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Seems to be early spondylosis in thorasic/ lumber part. Please sit erect, avoid to sit with jumping the chest(causing stress in upper thorasic part. Avoid bending down. Try to do extension positions(bending the spine backwords).

Take over the counter bit. B12 pill, calcium &vitamin D pills.over the counter. Consult an orthopedic doctor & get x-ray spine done if he suggests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
