What Causes Pimples On The Fingers?
I have a small area on my finger that just started to ich and hurt at the same time. It developed small pimples On just one spot and I put antibiotic and covered it with band aids but now it it seems it going to spread , I noticed a swollen mark on the tip of my finger and that s how it started. Any ideas would be welcome,

Very likely you are having a kind of eczema called dyshidrotic eczema which is very common and not dangerous. Most of the time, using a local steroid cream like betamethasone twice a day for a week to 10 days is enough.
If you see no improvement or you notice any worsening please see your doctor.
