What Causes Pimples On Skin Of Penis?

Hi doctor, i am 31 years old married man, 5 ft 7" tall weighing 77 kgs. I have been diagonised as high blood may it could be heredity, my dad has it. normally my BP is 150/95.
So, far i am not diagnosed with any other problems. My problem is that I masturbate multiple times a day. Is it going to crate any problems in my health? I can notice some pimples in the skin of my penis? is it the symtom of any problems? Please help

Excessive masturbation is not going to do any good so I would advise you to limit masturbation up to twice weekly.
For pimples I need to see the photographs so please send few good quality photographs taken in a natural light..
