Pediatric Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic. These are actually sebaceous cysts of the scrotum and they are formed due to obstruction of the flow of sebum out of the sebum secreting small glands which are present in the skin of scrotum. The treatment option is surgical excision of these lesions. Even if you express them out, it will slowly recollect again. Because, they are slow to grow, you can select large ones to be excised first or if they are in clusters near one point, excise whole of them in bulk. You need to see a general surgeon. He will help you in the management of the problem. Have a good day.
