What Causes Pimples In Ears Along With Blurred Vision And Headaches?

My girl friend has been complaining about a pimples in her ear now for a couple weeks. Both ears have them. Her ears are very itchy and swollen. Crunchy yellow puss comes out of the pores in her ears. It has gotten so bad it has made her vision blurry and gives her bad head aches. Puss has started to come out all over face in different areas, her nose, eyebrows, lips and scalp. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It’s due to infection, swab from ear can tell the exact cause. She needs to take oral antibiotics, Ciprofloxacin depending upon severity duration can be decided. It is best to get an ENT examination done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
