What Causes Pimples And Sores On Head?
husband is getting nasty open soars on his head. they start out as small like pimples and grow to be the size of a quarter. but under the scalp it feels like a large pocket of liquid. they are very pain full and take forever to heal. this is been going on since Dec. thought the healing time had to do with diabetic. in dec thought it was shingles. but only the head is involved.

According to your complaints it seems to be furunculosis which is bacterial infection of the follicles.
In diabetes there are high chances of bacterial infection.
I would recommend you to take antibiotics like tablet linezolid 600 mg twice daily for 7-10 days and take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
