What Causes Phlegm Problems For Years?

i have a lot of questions begging for answers
i have had this phelgm for upwards of 7years , i dont cough, i dont have fever and i dont really know what to do or what the problem is. I have taken antibiotics yet no relief.can you please tell me what it is

Hello,
phlegm from upwards means from the nose, This could occur because of the excessive nasal secretions which are because of some allergic disease or due to some anatomic abnormality in nose like deviated nasal septum .
YOu need to get done an ENT consultation and get examined for the cause , in addition you need to get done CT scan of the nose and sinuses to see for the infection present in the sinuses . If present then you require antibiotics , nasal saline sprays, nasal steroid sprays .
