General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Juhi
This could be due to fungal infection like candida or bacterial vaginosis

I would advise you for urine culture and sensitivity test and a vaginal swab test for confirmation of diagnosis

You may require a course of antibiotics or antifungal drugs/vaginal pessaries

maintain good hygiene
have plenty of fluids
hot water bath
Use condom for sex

thanks for your question
wishing you good health
