General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Since you have not mentioned the reports of your investigations it is difficult to mention or pinpoint the cause.
As per the history you have provided, there may be a cause that is well-controlled with Zofran which is Ondansteron and works at the central level.
If all the investigations are normal then your vomiting may have a central cause.
Hence also get the following tests done:
CT scan of the brain.
Barium studies for esophagus, stomach and duodenum and also to see for reflux.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
