General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Vomiting may be caused by gastritis. They generally settle in few days. Just give here more fluids. If she is improving and vomiting is settling, no need to take here to hospital. Give her the medicine and more fluids .

If vomiting is persistent then you can take here to hospital but I hope it won't be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
