Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Concerning about your son's symptom of persistent vomiting both day and night I am suggesting possible conditions

Peptic ulcer disease
Food poisoning
Gastroenteritis
Intestinal obstruction
Allergic substance

In view of this please do the following test
Abdominal scan
Abdominal x-ray
Endoscopy
Blood culture

Moreover please visit a gastroenterologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Moreover he will need antiemetic pending your appointment with the specialist
