What Causes Persistent Testicular Pain?
I have been suffering some years now with pain in my balls, I find it happen when i drink caffeine and when I am stressed or run down, I often wonder if its more serious, but i have had them scanned and cleared that everything is ok, except the pain still lingers

Pain over there may be due to
a. Infection
b. Torsion
c. Varicocele
d. Hernia etc
e. Muscle pull
So, please take rest for some time to rule out muscle pull as the cause of pain as you are getting it after work out only. All the best.
