What Causes Persistent Temperature At The Age Of 70?
My father is about 70 Years old and he has been suffering fever in every 10/12 days. The fever remains 2-4 days and temperature remains 100°-102° centigrade. We consulted with many doctors and had many test. But doctors are failed to get the reasons of the fever.
Information provided is inadequate. Does he have any associated symptoms? What investigations are done till now? What medication has he taken till now? These information is lacking and so nothing can be commented.
It looks out to be some form of fever of unknown origin which needs clinical monitoring of daily pattern of fever and need some more advanced diagnostic tests.
With regards, Dr.Akash Jain.
