What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?

My tummy is very painful, and hurts more if I stretch. It hurts most when sitting down or curled up but feels better when laying down flat.Very loud gurgling for a couple of days, and diarrhoea too. Occasionally feel slightly sick but not to a point where I feel the need to vomit. I had diarrhoea to a lesser extent last Monday and Tuesday also. What could this be and how can I stop the pain?

Dear;
All the symptoms mentioned by u are suggesting about possible g.I. infection that may be either gastroenteritis or a irritable bowel syndrome.
Both the causes are very much common.
For treatment u can have.
Oflox ornidazole combination for 5 days in bd dose.
Cap. Pantoprazole domperidone combination
For pain abdomen u can take cyclopam
Liq. Antacids to reduce acidity.
U can have Sporolac or sachet econorm if have diarrhea.
Eat a lot of curd and buttermilk.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Visit a physician if not relieved after 5 days course.
