Hello... I can understand your anxiety and concern.
Inorder to pull out teeth , the local anesthesia injection is given to block the nerve to make the site of extraction(from where teeth is to be pulled out) numb for painless removal of tooth.
For front teeth the block which is given also anesthetise the side part of nose too and that is nothing to worry.
As per your current problem since it is just 3 days your teeth are removed the extraction sockets(holes left after tooth removal) takes time to heal up and if injection given was traumatic the injection site might get sore but will eventually become normal.
You must be advised by your dentist to take Painkillers daily for 3 to 5 days as well as antibiotics if you had infection as a reason for tooth removal.I would suggest you to take your medicines on time as suggested by your dentist. You will hopefully be relieved in next 3 to 4 days.
But if the condition does not improve visit your dentist again and follow up to me too.
Hope you get easy soon...
wishing you faster recovery..
