What Causes Persistent Sharp Pain And Bloating In Stomach?

I have been getting sharp tummy pain on and off for about 6 months. Not just in one area but all over. I ve been tested for IBS and my results came back negative. I m 52 and going through the menopause. My Dr as examined my tummy and although I m always bloated can t find anything wrong with me. Help! Elizabeth

You have complain of bloted stomach that may be because of constipation problem.
More gase in stomach that cause bloted stomach.

Ultrasounds sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
Intestinal obstruction may cause this problems.
Colonoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.

Intestinal infection may cause pain in stomach and constipation problem.
