4 years female child with persistent proteinuria (Albuminuria) since the age 1 and half years. Renal function tests within normal values, CBC normal values, Plasma Albumin 10 gm. Urine Albumin +++(2.59 gm/l, Urine leucocytes 6000/ml, Urine Culture no growth

in my opinion, the child is suffering from minimal change disease or lipoid nephrosis of kidney.
the disease is well responsive to steroid.
and remission will be 100%
you shoul consult pediatrician before starting steroid treatment

to confirm the diagnosis, evaluation shoul be done with electrone microscopy
