Hello I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Chest discomfort but normal EKG is not unusual and cardiac system have to be examined with care to rule out possible causes of chest discomfort. Apart from cardiac causes various other reasons can cause chest discomfort that includes thyroid disorders, indigestion or upper gastrointestinal tract diseases, electrolyte imbalance and consumption of coffee or energy drinks in excess. kindly consult a GP and undergo full body examination along with a few diagnostic test like thyroid profile, serum electrolytes, chest X-ray, lipid profile.Thank you.
