What Causes Persistent Penile Discharge With Weight Loss And Dizziness?
I have a persistent discharge from my penis for now six months. I took antibiotics but it keeps on reoccurring. Last month I developed some blisters on the side of my penis which later bust and healed. I now see some small red spots inside my urethra, sore throat and persistent discharge from the penis. I went for urine test and it indicates it has pus cells, wbc but no bacteria. Am worried what could this be because am losing weight and feel dizzy sometimes.
