What Causes Persistent Panic Attacks Despite Taking Bupropion?
I have been taking Bupropion HCL XL for two months and still suffer from panic attacks. I was told to cut my dosage from 300 MG s daily to150,and couple that with Prozac which I previously took successfully aside from excessive weight gain. Please advise

Prozac can increase the toxicity of bupropion in some persons. It may lower the seizure threshold, this means it increases the risk of seizures in some persons who use this combination.
The dose of the bupropion would need to be kept low or an alternative to one of these medications provided
