Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms it seems that you are suffering from CHRONIC SINUSITIS and you should consult a ENT expert and get evaluated..
In case as you have repeated episodes the physician can get an Endoscopy done as well as get a Sinus C.T SCAN done to rule out the exact status of the illness and treat you accordingly..

To rule out the exact organisms causing sinusitis a Mucous culture can be helpful so that it can be found out that whether the infection is bacterial, viral or fungal in nature..
It can also be allergic in nature.

Treatment medications will depend upon the cause..

As of now do steam inhalations, saline nasal irrigation and use decongestant nasal sprays.

For headache and facial pain Ibuprofen can be taken..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having alveolar abscess at the root of your upper teeth producing swelling in cheek and nose area.
Headache might be due to same thing.
Consult dentist and get examined.
Meanwhile you may take a course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine.
Ok and take care.
