What Causes Persistent Pain On One Side Of The Head?

i am wondering whats wrong with me i wike up with a headache pain on the side of my head then i had a slight painful headache almost all day im starting to feel sick but i also woke up to my back really hurting me and now the back of my body aches ive been tired the past couple days NO ENERGY im starting starting to have heavy breathing later in the day eyes heavy?

So we should first control your stress and anxiety. So consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Also follow these lifestyle modifications for better symptomatic relief in migraine.
Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
