What Causes Persistent Pain In The Stomach And Lower Back?

I am in college and I have been having constant stomach pain for the past 3 days. It is a tight feeling in my upper abdomen. My back also hurts, mainly low back and then the upper right. I also have mild chest pain/heart burn. Do you know what I possible have?

Hi thanks for posting on hcm.
from your symptoms I suppose you may be having acidity problem that is excessive6 gastric acid secretions.
I recommend you to take
1. Pantaprazole 40 mg in the morning empty stomach.
2. Gaviscon syrup before food
3. Avoid spicy foods.
4. Take food at proper timings.
5. If you have the habit of drinking avoid it.
