Hi..

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pain in hip bone can occur due to number of causes like traumatic injury to hip, osteroarthritis of hip, osteophytes, hamstring injury, bursitis, tendinosis etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Orthopedician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI scan, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised to take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen or Naproxen, muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxasone, do warm compresses, apply a combination gel containing an analgesic and muscle relaxant..
You can also be advised to get Physiotherapy done under trained physiotherapist..
You can also limit physical exertion, avoid long hours of sitting or standing and reduce weight if overweight..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
