What Causes Persistent Nose Bleeds Along With Rapid Heart Rate?

Hello, I ve been having nosebleeds two to three times a day for the last month; I thought that it was just allergies until today I was randomly watching tv and felt nauseas, extremely tired, and feverish and my head started pounding. It proceeded to my muscles aching and me barely being able to walk. I was very confused and my vision began to blur, had heart palpitations and leg started to tingle. I went to the store and took my BP and it was 145/76. I m not sure if that s too bad, but I felt awful. I m only 20 years old and pretty active but it lasted for three hours and finally went down after I bought foods that supposedly lower your BP. Anyway, my mom has high BP and takes medicine, my grandmother as well, and my great grandmother had high BP, diabetes and finally had a stroke. My uncle I m his twenties had high BP and was hospitalized. My question is, should I see a doctor or go to the hospital for this one time occasion?? Or wait to see if it happens again? Because then I will definitely go. I just don t know if a one time occasion is anything to get too upset over.
