What Causes Persistent Nausea,vomiting And Weight Loss?

my sister (age 27) have nausea problem, while eatings she feels vomit, sometimes she gets fever & she is loosing weight too (39 kg now) last year she got married & after that this problem begins.. we consulted too many doctors & all reports are clears.. but still she is facing problem.. a doctor wrote TB Gold test & in that 2 are negative and 1 is positive, so he wrote prescription of AKT-4.. but my family doctor is saying that he don t believe in this test, so i consulted one another doctor he also told that we can t be sure that it is TB.. my sister took red tablet today empty stomach & after that she is feeling vomiting permanently... please help !

I really appreciate your concern, Tuberculosis need to be ruled out completely and without the proper diagnosis not advisable to start the anti-tubercular drug, till then vomiting can be managed with "Tab Chlorpromazine 10 mg" three times in day, (Better to go for clinical examination prior to have this medicine) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
