Hello,

Nausea and cramps cannot be considered a sign of pregnancy. The only sure sign of pregnancy is delayed period means menstruation.

So if your next due period is delayed than pregnancy should be ruled out by urine hcg card test.

Antispasmodic medication can be prescribed for abdominal cramps like dicyclomine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
