What Causes Persistent Muscle Cramps In Legs And Hands?
why are my hands and feet continuously having muscle spasms and cramps in my legs. I don t know the difference between a Charlie horse, cramp or spasms but they lock up and change position and stay stuck for about 3 to 5 minutes and then it goes away. It hurts really bad and I don t know why this is happening.
