What Causes Persistent Mild Headache Along With Weakness While On HP Kit?

Dear Sir i have been diagonised Gastritis & H.PYLORI +ve in a recent endoscopy test. Dr. recommended HP Kit for 14 days (Fortis, India). I am feeling very very weak & sometime huge acidity in stomach . Mild hedeache also persists. What is This ? Is medicine having side affects or curing my gastritis. Plz. Advise sirs.

The HP kit is most appropriate in treating your HP gastritis. It contains two antibiotics tinidazole and amoxiciliin, and one antacid in the form of omeprazole. This is the perfect treatment and should more than suffice in reducing symptoms and treating your gastritis.
