What Causes Persistent Lower Back Pain,frequent Vomiting And Tiredness?

I have been having pain in my lower back for about two weeks and have noticed that I an not urinating as much as I usually do. I was extremely sick the last two days with lots of vomiting, weakness and general feeling not well. Is it my kidneys? I did take an iron pill a few days ago since my doctor told me I have iron poor blood. Can you assit?

persistent vomiting can cause acute kidney injury... so it should be evaluated . I will advise u to get ur BLOOD CP, LFTs, RFTs and urine RE done.
why u having persistent vomiting this is also a point of concern. take plenty of fluids and thn monitor ur urine output .
