What Causes Persistent Irritation On The Penis Head?
i m feeling some irritation on my panis from head from some days and sometimes its happen when it touched by paint or hand. When i saw it by open its slite very less white inside forskin and some smell. i am washing it with Luke warm water mixing with dittole antiseptic liquid. is it any infection on panis or ut ?

White material and foul smelling under penile skin is due to accumulation of semen under the skin. No need to apply anything there.
Just wash the area with lukewarm water. Keep it clean to prevent further accumulation. As a precaution, clean penile area properly after sex or masturbation.
