I understand your concern
You have
indigestion of the food that cause bloating.
It could be due to
constipation, lack of physical activity, reflux,
irritable bowel syndrome.
Take following advices for one week.
Take unienzyme for better digestion
Oral semithicone for faster relief of the bloating
Soluble fiber like senna and isahpgul husk
Tablet
dicyclomine and promethazine: 1 hour hr before the meal.
Sporaolac sachet
Take more yogurt and buttermilk in the diet
Avoid spicy diet and take diet like banana, rice, applesauce and toast.
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Avoid stress and do regualr exercise in the morning like walking and yoga.
If not respond then
consult the gastroenterologist and go for proper investigations like
Stool microscopy and culture to exclude the infections
Blood test: CBC,ESR, serology test for celiac disease
Hydrogen breath test to rule out the malabsorption
