What Causes Persistent Hyperbilirubinemia Along With Tremors And High Fever?

I have done Hepático-Yeyuno anastomosis en Y de Roux, now every year or so. I do a hyper bilirubinemia, Jaundice, tremors, high fiver 104F and bloating, abdominal discomfort, but no pain. Go to the hospital and get an intra-hepatic percutaneous procedure with stent and a draining bag for 2-3 month and antibiotics. I am getting tire of all of this, what can I do. Thank you, Mike

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with history of given here I would say that it could be infection with inflammatory condition of parenchymal cell, such condition demands the intensive care, better to have word with the treating team, with culture sensitivity test right antibiotic can be administered Hope this information helps.
