Hi

Thanks for posting your query.

there are many conditions that can cause headache I need to know how long you have headache problem ?

Is headache located to any particular site or is it present over diffuse area?

Do you have any vomiting sensation?

Do you have any visual disturbances?

Kindly revert back with these details.

It could be due to Migraine, Sinus headache, Elevated blood pressure ( also could be due to brain problem or eye problems but these two have been evaluated and ruled out )

Revert back with details asked.
