What Causes Persistent Headache?

I have a headache that won t go away Blocked nose and I feel like my head will explode. I also have a slight swelling in my him on the right side of my face causing my ear to also be a bit painful. The headache is affecting my right eye. I feel tired and irritable also

As I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.
You symptoms are suggestive of acute sinusitis,
If your congestion is severe and pain in eye is unilateral (single eye), head ache aggravates while stooping forward, stuffy green nasal discharge than it is a case of sinusitis.
Eye and ear pain is also because of the same reason.
You need to have hot steam nasal inhalations two to three times daily.
Use nasal decongestants like Oxymetaxoline.
You can also take antibiotics like levofloxin for infection.
If any case your symptoms are aggravated, you need to consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
