What Causes Persistent Headache Despite Taking Medication?

I rarely have headaches but had what I thought was a migraine Fri. after lunch with a friend. After a Tylenol and a nap I felt fine. Today (Sun.) again after church and lunch with a friend I had a headache but after Tylenol and a nap the headache persists although milder than before the nap. The headache mostly feels like a tightness across my forehead.

Such head can be due to refractive error problem/ viral or bacterial sinus infection/tension.
You need to get investigated for these, Your family physician would direct you to needful expert ( eye specialist,ENT specialist) for expert advise & management.
