You may have increased muscle tension in your neck and shoulders especially if you worked out these parts of your body more intensely than other parts of your body and this could be translating into headache pain. Have you considered either a cold back or maybe even a warm pack to the back of the neck for 20-30 min.? You should hydrate well and make sure you're not skipping meals which can also bring on headaches as well. Please rate this a 5 STAR encounter and write me at: XXXX for more questions or comments.
