Hello ma'am and welcome.

Blood pressure control and finding the right medication for the individual is a process that takes time but once complete, can be a permanent solution. If your headaches still persist you could ask your doctor to help substitute the current anti-hypertensives with different ones so you can achieve good control of your blood pressure and also be free of all such effect, side effects and symptoms.

As for the vaginal itching, this could be either hormone related or a simple infection. I cannot comment on detail regarding the same without asking your more questions. But for now you could request for a urine analysis to help confirm/rule out a urinary infection.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
