What Causes Persistent Headache After The Intake Of Rhinocort Nasal Spray?

Dear doctor,

I have chronic sinusitis and had undergone sinus surgery (FESS) six months back. Recently, I got fever and severe cold and that also gave me sinus issues for which i met an ENT specialist who gave me rhinomer nasal cleansing spray and rhinocort nasal spray for use. I felt better the first week but on using them for the second week I have headache now and its quite constant ....What could it be ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here the symptoms that you have is not because of the nasal spray that you are using but this could be due to the allergic condition and sinusitis if I would be a treating physician then I would treat this with following medicines
1) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
drink more water hope this information helps you, have nice day.
